Well, me and my friend were thinking that maybe we should just take it before the workouts. We don't have too much. We were thinking of taking 20mg about 2 hours before our workouts. And we were thinking of doing that for 5 weeks (monday to friday). How does that sound? We just really need it for the pump so that we have a good and pumped up workout.
