    EQ Hunger...what to do?

    I think my EQ is kicking in cuz all I wanna do is eat,The problem is all I want to eat and the only thing that sounds good is shit foods.
    What do you guys keep handy thats clean for these snack attacks?

    Peanuts, protein bars, fruit. Or you can just put a lock on your fridge lol
    Eq is a great AS, probably my fav but I don't think I can ever us it in a cutting cycle because of how it makes me wanna eat.
    Try taking some exendrine or hydroxycut. That should help suppress your appiteite.

    tuna is another bb fav of easy quick calories. natty pb. shakes, if ur hungry EAT, just keep it clean bro

    That was exactly what I was going to say when I saw the thread title

    But yeah - keep clean foods around. Frickin' Eq hunger is incredible. But it helps to add slabs of beef to your frame. Grocery bills can be quite large on Equipoise . I remember hearing Boldenone used as post convalecent for horses to get back appetite and general disposition (with all the other benefits of an anabolic steroid )... but I have never owned a horse personally.

    Personally I love EQ because of the increased appetite effect. It helps you consume all those extra calories needed for muscle building. I'll include it in all my future cycles. I always stock up on protein bars and eat a few of those when the hunger attack.

    Hey bro, im taking EQ this cycle for the first time and im amazed at how hungry it makes me. Im hungry all the time! Even as im typing this im my bellies goin grrrrrrr... Like the other bros said, eat but eat clean. I like pbj sandwiches, oatmeal, protein bars, tuna, pasta, salads, fruits and vegies, steak, chicken and fish. All good stuff. Good luck!

    Ditto to what everyone else said..they are all great suggestions. But one thing that wasn't said was this, RID YOUR HOUSE, CAR, and OFFICE of easily attainable shit foods. The EQ hunger will win out on you and if you can easily get shit food you will probably end up eating it. Good luck!!

    thats is exactly what i do, i keep very little shitty food around, also at the beginning of the week bake 3lbs of chicken breast, 2 llbs of ground beef, and keep tuna handy, it will help you eart cleaner and more often

    yep....every sunday i cook 5lbs chicken breasts, brown 4lbs of lean ground beef, and mix up about 12 cans of tuna....if the food is available instantly then you will have no probs keeping clean!

    O.k.,Heres what I did,I cooked up a 15 pd. Turkey stripped all the meat and put it in a big bowl in the fridge and loaded up on cottage cheese and oranges so now Thats what I'm chewing on about every waking minute .........thanks guys!

    Haha - yup. The funny thing about Equipoise is you don't have cravings - you just want to eat. So it is easy to eat clean - for me anyway...

    Going thru the samething myself, but had already got rid of the shit food
    alongtime ago so if i get really hungry I eat what I'm supposed to according to my diet just more of it, still get cravings every now and then like pasta, pizza, but my favorite is sorbet, satisfying but not fattening, like,"taste great","less filling", only alcohol free, cool huh.
