    Saw Palmetto 1000mg?

    I just bought some gnc brand saw palmetto concentrated version. Before this I had the standardized one.

    It says that is contains 1000mg saw palmetto berries

    The standardized one says it contains 160m Saw palmetto berries extract

    which one has more, if the other one is truly 1000mg I could probably take only one or two a day

    It is like orange juice concentrate vs a gallon of juice. Either one will do the trick. For prostate protection while on 2000mg/day
