I'm not meaning to knock this post but this looks like some film they'd run in a 6th grade class to scare everyone out of using steroids . I'm surprised they didn't insert a picture of a man's heart that has enlarged to the size of a cateloupe or some bald guy with tits buying viagra.

And you can post it all day long - you can show us pictures of twisted metal that used to be an automobile before a drunk got in it to drive home - and we'll still keep on juicin because we all know deep down inside IT'LL NEVER HAPPEN TO ME

The article advocates that steroids are harmful to your health, but it really gives no fact or proof to support its' argument. It briefly mentions some of the side effects and that they may or may not occur depending on the dosage or duration of use. The only hard statement about health concerns are liver damage due to orals, and transmittable diseases due to the sharing needles.
Based on this article I would conclude that careful, safe, and knowledgeable use of steroids, with proper diet and training will improve your physical appearance.
