here is my proposed cycle : i am am 5'8 160 lbs. good diet , im ready to eat 4k - 5k calories per day + 1.5 mg proetin per pound. i want to put on some good weight.
here is my idea
anadrol weeks 1-2
deca 1-10
test 1-10
clomid/nolva post cycle. i also have andractim if needed.
please help me out with doses and any other feedback. thanks bro's.
deca between 400mg and 600mg a week
test between 400mg and 600mg a week for those 10 weeks
anadrol i have new clue expect to lose some hair on it !
Why only take Anadrol for two weeks? Why not just switch to Dianabol @ 40-50mg a day instead of the Anadrol? Or, run the Anadrol for two weeks, but follow it with another two weeks of Dianabol.
What kind of doses are you planning on running?

yeah d-bol would be cool but i dont have any. so that is the problem. i have test sublinguals. prop-susp 200 mg/ml, winny 50 mg tabs, nolva 20 mg, clomid, deca 300 , sus 250, durabolin/enthanate mix 200 mg. oh well give it a shot. this is all i got now. any changes/suggestions are welcome. i also have fina, and some new oral tren.

Test 500mg ew 1-10
Deca 400 mg ew 1-10
Dbol 30-40mg ed 1-4
if this is your first cycle you should do some dbol and stay away from the drol imo, and yes you need clomid post cycle and keep some nolva on hand, better safe than sorry.

hey guys question real quick. on that test and dbol should i make those recomended dosages all in one shot or seperate shots throught the week? because id my test is 200mg/ml then that would be 3'cc's and ive read that isint a bright idea.
break it up into 2 shots per week.

I think you could get more gains starting at 300mg then going up 400mg then 500mg with the test. per week.
