Deca question

In the 2nd and 3rd week of my cycle I want to use 300 mg of deca each week before going to 400mg during my 4th week, my question is, which is better, one shot at 300 mg during weeks 2 &3,, or 2 shots at 150 mg each week?

i dont know if either will give better results but I would probably do it in one shot depending on wether or not u are using any test with it. A large amount of deca won't hurt like a large amount of some test's will.

when i froantload it 1st weeks was doing 600mgweekly, 2 shots 300mg mon and fri, now
1shot at 300mgwkly, i feel the same way regardless but, someone else can be different u no.....

Also do you have to shoot every 4 days? I have read it doesn't matter with the long half life of deca , once a week is o.k., & helps keep side effects to a minimum.

It makes no difference shooting it twice a week because of the long half-life of deca ... There is no reason to shoot it more then once a week...
