Gotta help a brother out guys
These were my stats before my cycle
ME: 23, 11%Bf, 190, 6'0 3 yrs bbing
Cycle:
Deca WK 1 - 6 - 400 mg
WK 7 - 9 - 300 mg
Prop WK 1 - 5 300 mg
DBOL WK 1 - 5 45 g
proviron 1 tab ED
End of cycle weight upped to 206 thats only 16 lbs from my original weight and One day it went all the way upto 210 lbs
I ate properly with over 240 g of protein and 5-6 meals ED, and still did not get great gains.
now a month later, I am at ~ 205 lbs, BF still similar, no loss in libido, no depression. I dont know if my gear was fake or what cuz I gained 16 lbs in like first 3 weeks and after i didnt see no gains

I am gonna wait for a few months now till MAY, and want to start a hardcore mass cycle, I will be in India and I can get ANY GEAR legally, and will bring some with me, so looking at my stats, what cycle is best for me to gain 30ish pouns
looking at Test, Deca, EQ, what about Fina??
Help a brother out

Did you up your calorie intake along with your protein and carb?

yes, I DID up my caloric intake, i went from like 3 meals to proper 6 meals, and my abs were gone, now after the cycle, I am seeing more definition, and i was NEVER crazy about lifting heavy, except for legs/tris - 24 plates on decline presses and 150 lbs dumbell tricep extensions
but yeah thats THAT, and you guys can help me plan a new cycle, I would really appreciate it.

24 plates ?are those 10lbs plates or 45 ?and 150lbs dumbell triced extensions ???

yes beleive it or not, I have really strong legs
and for my squats (smith machine with spot) i could do 5 plates/side with belt on
and my all time max was 24 plates (with spot obviuously) half reps - 2 sets of 8 - 10 reps
My triceps are much bigger than my bi's if my bi's were comparable size, my arm would be 18+, now it is 17 when working arms.
150 is my max that I have recently reached 4 deep down reps (spotted)
on my 4th set.. start with 80 lbs (10 reps)
100 (8-10) deep down
120 (8 deep down spotted)
150 (on a good day - spotted 4), 140 if tired (spotted - 6)
I have attempted 150 twice and was successfull

Now my max is 2 plates and a 10 total of 245 Lbs Deep down reps for 2 sets after starting with one plate and then a plate and a 35
without belt (sucks but I lost my belt )
with my belt I can do 2 deep down sets 295 lbs - 6 and 4 reps
( i do deep down as my friend is a BC (CANADA) powerlifting champion, and I got it from him, His max squat is 8 plates each side.... BEAT THAT)
