    Anavar Back Pump Cure?

Does anyone have a home remedy or other "cure" for the back pump? Maybe food or a supplement?
I'm on day 9 and it's unbearable. Have to cut # of sets shorts as it becomes very uncomfortable.
This is my 3rd cycle of Var and it's the worst ever.
Any suggestions to lighten the pump would be helpful. thanks.

A bunch of taurine usually relieves them nicely for me.

Once I got extremely bad ones at night, basically crippling me (damn you T-bol @ 100+mg/ed LOLL) .... had to resort to percocet + aspirin.. definitely did the trick!

Was @ 60mg's ED, now dropped to 40 due to the pumps. So not much. 60 has worked very well for me.

I'm going to try some Taurine & see what happens - thanks VMan.

I never had bad pumps from a couple of different courses of var. I run 60mg/day. Winstrol is what gets me. Cant use it anymore. You are probably doing the right thing by backing the dose down and loading up on taurine. I also have read about potassium doing some good if I remember correctly. Run a search on it.

Thanks for the advise guys, really appreciate it.

I added a little potassium & magnesium...clearly not enough, had no affect.
So today picked up some taurine and after several doses, I finally got relief. In the end I took 4050 mg's and squatted tonight with no issues. Not sure if I'll need to maintain that dose level, I sure as hell hope not, but will see what happens.

    Thanks again guys.

It can vary for me, but for the most part, it's the whole area of my lower back, tight as all hell. I start feeling it just thinking about my workout later that day, then as I get into, particularly deadlifts, squats, overhead press - really anything requiring back support - it gets super tight (like a pump in your biceps might feel) and then quite uncomfortable. Uncomfortable to the point that I can't continue - because it doesn't go away. Affects things like standing curls or even tricep pushdowns. Then it stays with me for quite sometime - it hit me hard last Thursday, lightened up briefly but then on Sunday blasted me real hard & didn't go away until Tuesday afternoon (after a load of taurine). Hope that helps.

I take at least 4-5 grams of bulk Taurine pre-workout when on orals. Don't get the pills.
    Creatine helps too.

    Definitely different than a spasm.

Imagine the pump you get in your bi's & tri's and when your showering after a good workout & you can't reach your head or it's tough to do so. It can kinda ache a bit. Now try to imagine that feeling in your lower back but not going away either. That's about the best I can do to describe it.

Hey Bonaparte, where do you buy taurine in bulk? thx.

No. An actual back-pump is caused from too much blood being pumped into the kidneys. Taurine helps because it relaxes the blood vessels that allow the blood to exit the kidneys. A chronic back-pump isn't really visible, since it isn't your erector-spinae that are the problem.
