There is regular clen and "super" clen. The super clen contains ketotifen which makes you tired, I have heard that most people have to take it at night because it makes them so tired and feel like shit. I personally have never tried clen so I don't know how it was so I will give you a bump for the more experianced clen bro's to give you a hand.

mine are just regular but i have enjoyed them an awful lot...noticable water loss...i used them on two previous cycles and they worked good for me both times...Madmax...

how do u take international pharnalsutical clen. i know the does are high.
My friends said they noticed a difference but I couldnt really tell
