Cardio in morning on empty stomach, eat clean. Diet is the key, lots of protein, moderate carbs. Eat carbs pre and post workout, limit carbs in the other meals. Lots of water.

be more specific as to what your looking for...and actually put it in the workout questions forum...and then PM me and i'll respond to it there.

But in general it depends on the person

    3-4-5 exercises per work out

    3-4 sets of 12-15...

But it depends on body part, experience, and how you lift etc etc etc...long list of variables.

I do more because my arms wont grow unless it's high reps high sets...

but as I said before, everyone is different. I can get a great pump off of 3-4 sets for Tris'..

However, I need 5 to exhaust the bi's...otherwise I get barely any pump.

Example please of a typical work out

My Arm work out is as follows.

i dunno, that just seems sorta LIGHT..in the way of workouts.

I dunno, each person is different, it depends on your genetics, current stats, experience, etc etc..

Everybody's body reacts differently...so all i can recommend is my experience...which is odd...

I train legs sparingly and they grow but i have to pound chest with 5 exercises and 3-4 sets each to make it grow..

so it's hard to say without knowing more...

    goodluck

Even on a cutting workout I would not neglect low reps and heavy weight for a few sets. They can help retain strenght, but to get striations I would stay in the 12-15 rep range and squeeze each rep.
