    EQ Question.

I was just looking into EQ and i was wondering if it is hard on the joints. Anyone with past experience please help. I was wondering because i have tendonitis and i don't want to make it worse.

No it isn't abnormally hard on the joints but anytime you have a quick strength increase it can cause stress.

Hey bro, i agree. I just finished my EQ cycle and i've had tendonitis in my elbow and the EQ hasnt made it worse. Whats bothering me is the increase in weights im throwing up. Ice the area after u workout and 50mgs of vioxx doesnt hurt either...

Ya bro I have tendonitis in my knee... Eq doesn't bother me... I feel the sauce has only made mine better. I don't get the pain and swelling I used to get.

Nope Eq don't help but it doesn't hurt. If you have joint problems I would recomend deca though.
