Tuna
Chicken
Ham/Pork
Steak
Potatoes
Dairy (egs, milk, Cottage cheese, cheese)
Rice
Veggies
Keep the fat as low as possible and keep some fiber intake.
Any combinaitons of those things are awsome.
I like to eat Polish Roses with Fat Free Cream Cheese as of late.
Try starting up the blender, tossing in a banana, 3 scoops of protien powder, some non fat dry milk, some baking coco, some natural penut butter and water. Yum Yum, that will make some meat stick to your ribs

High carb and protein for sure, The more the better. I would go between 4500-6000 cal/day. 20% of your diet should come from healthy fats very important.
Carbs.
Oatmeal
Whole Garain Breads
Brown Rice
Baked Potato
Choose high fiber carbs
Protein
Eggs #1
Tuna -cheap source
lean red meat
Protein shakes/chicken
Try beans too high in fiber good source of protein
Good luck dude hope you get huge.
