in the morning after a shower when you get up?
after your shower but before you go to bed?
what dose every one think would be the best. I was thinking in the morning so I could walk it off seeing how I will be giving the shot in my glute. I am not to sure about the Thigh I dont think I could do that one

search - this was just asked last week.
it really doesn't matter. some prefer after a warm shower b/c you're muscles are loosened up a bit. some prefer right before a workout b/c it gives them that mental "edge".
Yea I've tried both in the morning, at night, an hour before workout, etc... it all seems about the same. The only thing I kinda like is what was stated earlier - in the morning so I can walk it off all day long... I can't imagine waking up with a welt and tightened glute to start off the day!
I've done it the morning, night, before workout, after workout, before shower, after shower. I'm now injecting sust in my quads so I only "time" an injection after my leg workout after a shower due to the slight soreness caused by sust. In my opinion it really doesn't matter.
I do mine right before bed and a bowl.
i dont do injects right before or right after my workouts.its taxing on your system and i dont want anything to interfere with my workouts.
