clen and t-3
1. Since clen depletes the t-3 level in the liver by not allowing the t-4 to convert to it, is taking t-3 during your 2 weeks on cycle a must???
2. Or should t-3 not be taken during this time and only the taurine??
3. Should the t-3 and clen not be taken simutaneously and staggered one after the other ( clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off>>t-3 20 days on then off)?

I like taking T-3 and clen together at the same time very much. I run the T-3 throughout a six week period and then run the clen two weeks on two weeks off alternating with ECA. I wouldn't do this without being on some kind of anabolic obviously. Taking T-3 with clen isn't a must but it is a nice fat burning combo in my opinion.

rickson, do you still have to take the taurine with the clen or no?? will running the t-3 be good enough??? without any damage to my thyroid

since the clen will deplete your taurine levels and then conversion of t-4 to t-3 no longer is available. Will running the t-3 be ok by itself or would it be best to keep on taking the taurine at 3-5mg daily to keep the levels high in the thyroid or when you come off of t-3 while running the clen will you have a sudden crash in levels of taurine??

Bump, I am about to run some clen and T3 in a few weeks and I want to know too.

I take Taurine, magnesium, and potassium with clen but it is mainly to combat cramps. I have done it without but do have a problem with cramping if I don't.

Hey Rickson thanks!!! I just ordered those supp's. I already get terrible cramps in my calves and shins all the time, sometimes in my back also.

Don't know much about T-3, but I have found running clen with some Sobe Power is a great mix. You get the Taurine needed, plus creatine. Just being creative until I jump into the darkside.

i just ordered the powder, seems easier and I get more bang for the buck-just going to add it in with my shakes
