Beginner Stack and Workout
I have just started using Deca 200. I have been lifting for about 8 months hard now. I weigh 220lbs and am 6' 4". I want to lose fat but gain muscle. I am taking Clembuterol with the Deca and it seems to be working alittle but i want to lose it around my waist but also get big. I know that there is no easy way to do this but want some feedback on what is the most effective. It seems like i eat more to get big but alot goes to my gut even though it is mostly protein. Any suggestions? Should i stack the Deca with something? More cardio? Less food?
