i like World Health and Fitness on 132nd or something like that... it's under new ownership and i think they changed the name to Optimum Fitness.. the sign still reads World Health though. There's also Maximum Fitness on Scott and 82Ave .. hmm, where else.. DynaFit, and there's a Raptors Gym somewhere.. not sure though
oh yeah, and Golds on King George.. i hear they did a massive upgrade.. it's supposed to be HUGE! when i get a little bigger, maybe i can go there too :rolleyes:
GOlds is Big, but has shit loads of cardio, its just show off, machines are AIGHT... but the GYM TO BE IS in richmond
