When to start first cycle
thanks for a the kick ass info already,,
first cycle, jus wanna know when to start
I am 23, 5'9, 140 lbs up from 130 2 mos ago 11% bodyfat.
I have 200 d bol, 20 ml deca at 200mg/ml (maybe overkill, but good price).
Should i start now? or wait for a few more natural pounds?
my cycle is goina be 4-5 dbol /day for 40-50 days
200-400 mg/week deca for 8 weeks (56 days)
any tips on that too?
oh yah have 20 1mg arimidex kickin it aswell, use or no use?

So you have trained for 2 months and already want to do gear?

I will give it a shot palme: well sponge11, I think you need to absorb more info! Where to start, first off, you want to run the dbol for 5 to 7 weeks at who knows what dosage (you didn't say what those 200 dbols where). And add to that deca ... all after working out for a whole 2 months. You need to keep at it. Learn how your body responds to your workouts and proper nutrition. While doing this, you should be learning everything you can about the proper use of suppliments and AS . Then come back and ask this question. Does any of this make sense?

no no i have trained for about a year,
started at 125, got up to 145, broke my elbow, lost it all
that was 5 mos ago
past two months put 10 back on elbow is now getting strong enuf for real trainin again

I wouldn't run deca without test. Just my opinion. Also, I didn't see any mention of clomid in your post.
If I were in your situation I'd get some test and clomid. I'd use that time to put on some more weight naturally and be SURE my elbow was ok.

Sponge - bro you managed to get 10 lbs in 2 months - WTF do you need gear for? If I could get 10 lbs in 2 years i'd be happy - and not taking juice either. Push yourself naturally for awhile. Give yourself some time. If you start to hit a wall take it light for awhile and hit it hard again. Save the juice for the day you can't get bigger any other way. You'll be glad you did when you get there.
Using gear right now would be like going on Who Wants to be a Millionaire and burning up all your lifelines on the first few easy questions even though you already know the answers. Think about it.
