Second cycle tips, please!!

I am planning my second cycle on AS. My first cycle consisted of Deca (400mg/week) and winny (50mg daily) with clomid therapy. I gained about 20lb and kept 99% of it!!!!! Now I would like to do a second cycle. I was thinking of doing another Deca/winny/sus cycle. I would like to gain another 10 to 15 lb but mainly focusing on just strength and not mass so much. Could any of you recommend any dosages or other stacks for me that may be better? I was thinking of....
Deca...350mg wk 1 and 8
Deca...500mg wk 2 to 7
Winny...50mg daily wk 3 to 7
Sus...350mg wk 1 to 8
Clomid therapy to end it off!!!

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Bump your deca dosage up from your first cycle. 50mg of winny would do i think. If you run sust make sure you delay your clomid therepy at least two weeks after your last shot. pm me if you have a question

Would really need do use sus or could I get away with only deca and winny?

Don't you want to use something else other than these three things? If you are looking for strength and not much mass gain, then hands down Fina is the best.

Would I use fina alone or stack it? Any other suggestions, comments?

this should sum it up for you...Madmax..

1. do not pyramid your doses
2. run the sust at 500mg and shoot eod..divide the 2 cc's evenly into 3 syrnges and shoot mon/wen/fri
3. consider runniong your cycle for 10 weeks
4. run the test higher than the deca
5. run the winny at the end to help with the period where the test is coming out of your system..
6. 2 days after last winny shot run the clomid..2 days is just to be safe..
7. get nolvadex just in case...


sust (1-10) 500mg
deca (1-10) 400mg
winny (10-15) 50mg ed

Like max said....always keep the nolva on hand.
