    sleeping problem

    hi i on a test/dbo/deca cycle ,every day i can sleep from 8-9 hours exept for moday i cant sleep morethan 7 due to work so how can i recover that ??

    Seven hours of sleep is plenty for recovery. That should be no problem. Hell I wish I slept that much every night but then I wouldn't be on this board at 1:00 in the morning.

    you could always take a nap. but like rickson said 7 hours is plenty.

    And regarding the thread... as previously stated, 7 hours ONE day a week and 8-9 hours every other night... no reason to be concerned!
