    Question Odd Stretch Marks?

    Hey bros,

    I'm starting my 5th week of test400 and deca200 and I love the results so far. I started at 182 and I'm up to 194 already. I'm getting these werid looking scratches/strech marks on my shoulders.... are these normal????

    i get those too...

    u sure it isn't from a wild night with the new chicks that can't keep their hands off u? that's where i get my marks like that

    but in all honesty, i have no idea...bump

    Could be mark's left from the bar while doing squats. Those arent strech mark's.

    Yeah those don't look like stretch marks bro. Stretch marks are these dark purple deep looking lines- ugly as f#ck too. Those just look like scratches to me.

    bump on what the others are saying...I get something similar to that after I do heavy squats or standing calf rasises (where the pads rest on your shoulders) To my understanding it is caused by the pressure breaking the capilaries under the skin causing the lines.

    i get those from the seam in my shirts, they run over your shoulder like that and when you do hack squats or calf raises the pads pushes the seems into your skin causing marks, they go away ina couple days, if they really bother you, you can put something between skin and shirt, that's what causes mine

    I'll bust veins in my traps on leg day... nearly everytime. But those marks go away in a few days... unlike actual stretch marks.

    I've almost always trained traps and calves on the same day so it took me awhile to figure it out in the beginning... maybe I'm just stupid...

    i have the same marks today from doing my leg workout (squats, calf raises, etc.) odd that it would happen for the 1st time after this post! but seriously, i hope the woman doesn't think they are the scratch marks i was talking about from the bedroom :embarrass

    I think you guys are right, they are there probably because I did heavy squating that day (360 seven times)
