Question Need Help ! ( Which workout bench for home ?)

    Hey bros,
I am seriously leaving my gym to workout at home ( I just get more done lifting at home !!!!...I already bought the treadmill.
I need to know what benches/ workout stations that you all could reccomend..
I have seen www.ironmaster.com and I have seen shitty benches.
I have to be able to do incline, decline, flat, squats or extensions. I am a big dude so I need room when doing dumbell flyes and some workstatins dont provide that.

    Thanks Bros and Sis,

    Nuke !!!!

One word, Bowflex No really, I like the work station set-up at home also. Just score a smith machine first, the a bench that will incline and lay flat. Then score some DBol and Test and everyone at the gym will be jelious. Good Luck Bro!

Go with a power rack w/ a lat pull down attatchment and an adjustable bench. Can't go wrong.

Stay away from smith machines for home use. They will limit you as far as exercises. Search around for some power racks, if you're looking for a good piece of equiptment and don't mind spending the money check out www.elitefts.com great site, service, and info. While you're there read up on some of the training articles I'm sure you'll learn a thing or two there.
