i know at least some people out there have to do self arm injects that can share some tips with us...
No idea how to do it bro. I just wouldn't stretch the skin or get a friend to stretch the skin for you. When you are done shooting, just leave the needle in there for another 5secs or so and then pull out. That should prevent most leakage.
I've never done it but it would seem logical to use medical tape to pull the skin, when done injecting rip the tape off. Go ahead and be the guinea pig! And not to insult your intellegence, but I don't mean inject through the tape.

Try another spot injection untill you can do one handed injects well. Then go for the bi's or tri's.
heres an idea...just dont stretch the skin....i love Bi and tri injections...
nothing better than filling your bi up wqith 3 ccs!! anyways, you just aspirate and inject with one hand.....not that difficult...
the leaking thing.....just press the site with a alch swab and hold it for a min...and rub it
im injecting fina...wanted to get some new spots into my rotation instead of only hitting glutes, delts and quads
