injecting then training

for one,it depends on what gear you are using.after injecting, your body is processing the chemicals you just injected therefore taxes your entire system.i usually inject in the morning or at night as far away from my wo's as possible.but that is just me.i hope this helps

wel i am injecting deca and test

id just want to make the most of my workouts.injecting test or deca right before can hinder your workouts.

I personally like injecting in the fresh morning right after a warm shower. Your really relaxed, and the shot goes by quickly. Also, since your on the go all day, it gives the esters time to settle in so your ass isn't sore the next day. On many occasions I can put in 3cc's in the glute and not even feel it the next day.
