youll find that some people cycle year round bro. the trend now i think is 6 on 3 off cruise.either that or 4 on 4 off.too pricey for my needs.
Depends on the length of cycle I run.
1 a year tops. but things could change
i try to run 3 cycles of 12 weeks a year.
that being said, im in the middle of a 60 weeker. this is my 1st attempt at staying on for a real extended length of time.
im hoping all gains and b.f. losses will be permanent after this, and i'll go back to my old routine when this one is over.
so far, no major sides to speak of, other than some slight water retention, and some minor joint pain.

I go along this as well. Most of the time 3 cycles per year but lately my cycles are getting longer and l;onger but I change up the compounds I use durring the cycle.

technically it was 1 last year, and the first one this year..
however, both of these are going to occur inside a 1 year time frame from the first cycle..
i wouldnt want to do more than 2..
1 bulker 1 when dieting and leaning out
1 bulker starts 6th of July
1 cutter starts 2nd of Jan.
i done 4cycles within 3 yrs,
1st one 8wks, 2nd 14kws, 3rd 20wks, 4th 22wks,
currently working on 5th one 35wks....
i think 35 weeks is way too long ???

I am aiming at ONE cycle a year. But I would never go over TWO a year max! However, it does all depend on length! I mean you can do two shorter cycles, about 8-10 weeks each, or longer ones like the one I'm on right now, which will be about 18 weeks of Sustanon/Winny. So it all depends.

usually about 10 months on and two off in between somewhere.
I want to do about 3 a year.
Depending on the length of the cycle i shoot for 3 but usually get in a good 2......

I've done two "real" complete cycles in about the last 365 days. I think thats what I would like to do for the next year. I'm lining up the next one already :D .
