I have heard it to be in the 35 - 50 mg per week range. Can't remember for sure though.

    FORGE FAQ #3
    What Are Normal
    Androgen Levels?
The normal endogenous androgen range in a male is 300-1100 nanograms
per deciliter. Estrogen is generally below 50 picograms per milliliter.
The normal endogenous androgen range in a female is 10-100 nanograms per
    deciliter.
Serum hormone levels cannot be used as a foolproof way to determine
appropriate testosterone dosage, since there is such a wide range of
acceptable testosterone levels in both women and men. Levels should be
guidelines for dosage, as well as preventative for levels that reach higher
    levels.

R.D.A. Minimal Requirements. The U.S. Government does not have a
Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA <http://www.primev.com/Grdas.htm> ) for
testosterone or its releasers. Testosterone levels can be measured with
a simple blood test, and monitoring of testosterone levels in the blood
is highly advisable before and during testosterone supplementation.

Unique Needs. More than 100 testosterone derivatives have been
synthesized, some of which are used in human medicine and to enhance athletic
    training and competition.

Signs of Deficiency. Testosterone deficiency has the following signs
and symptoms: decreased libido <http://www.primev.com/Glibido.htm> ,
sexual dysfunction (impotence), infertility, small testes, and decreased
muscle mass and strength. [4, 5] Associated conditions include advanced
age, obesity <http://www.primev.com/Gobesity.htm> , liver disease,
    alcoholism, osteoporosis <http://www.primev.com/Gosteopo.htm> , rheumatoid
    arthritis <http://www.primev.com/Grheumato.htm> , AIDS
    <http://www.primev.com/Gaids.htm> , chronic renal
    <http://www.primev.com/Grenal.htm> failure, diabetes
    <http://www.primev.com/Gdiabete.htm> , and chronic anemia
<http://www.primev.com/Ganemia.htm> . In the United States, an estimated
five million men have the medical condition of testosterone deficiency
(hypogonadism), which is approximately one in twenty adult males.
