Man that was some SOOO not cool shit. Well anyways I can flex my arm now. Majority of pain has subsided now. Was doing in shot in each bicep today, but after first one I was too damn scared to do other bicep so i hit my other delt. I read some about hittin nerve but arm wasnt numb at all, I just totally had no control to flex my inner bicep was freaky.

Does anyone think I should not work out my bis today or you all think it dont matter?

Anyways I hope noone ever has this happen to em, make a mofro wanna go DMSO lol -- j/k
