what is the best way to cycle in arimidex ?

from the beggining or the first symtoms?
.50 or .25 a day or eod?

If you have symptoms I would run rims at min of .5mg/ed and you might want to run nolvadex at 20mg/ed for a while. The nolvadex will block the receptors form the estrogen that is alread present and the arimidex will stop anymore test from being converted into estrogen.

What are your cycle dosages? You may need to go even higher depending on how much gear you are using.

1-5 dbol 30mg maybe bump it up to 45 at week 3
1-10 qv deca 300 600wk
1-10 qv enet 250 500wk
stacking the deca and enet 1ml each twice a week

well what I have listen above will be just fine..however about your cycle. Why are you running more deca then test. It is much better to have more test then deca so that you can off the sides of deca.
