F'ed up cycle - how can I fix?
Unfortunately I did not find this board till 1 week into my current cycle. After doing the research it appears my 'trainer' did not hook me up properly with the right stuff...
Here's what he's got me on right now:
Week Sauce Day
1-10 Sust Tues/Thurs (400mg week total)
1-4 Winny Mon/Wed/Fri (50mg each amp)
5-10 Deca Mon/Wed/Fri (500mg week total)
This is my first cycle...and it seems like my trainer should have given me the winny during the last weeks of the cycle, rather than the first.
I asked that this cycle shred in the beginning and build near the end (if that was possible)...he said no problem. I've got some body fat to lose but also want to come out the other side of this run with some added lean muscle and definition.
Any help would be appreciated with re-doing this one. Again I'm in week 2 right now so I'm not sure if I should just stop the winny and hang on to the rest of it for closer to the end of the cycle (and yes, clomid will be added at the end just didn't document it in the above chart).
