bro id take it o 500 aweek with sust due to the multi estsers.whay woudlnt u be able to do cardio ????ofcourse u can .how much u can gain ???bro that in the air if utraining and diet are incorrect nothin but water and whan ur off u will loose that to ,so u see....diet is key

I've said this a thousand times......"I" got good results from my first cycle of Sus 250 ew. I understand all about the esters and half lives of the esters in Sus and it's not impossible for 250 ew to work , However...the reason they say do 500mg or even 750mg ew is because of the propionate in Sus will be in your system for 2 days and the phenylpropionate for 3 days , isocaproate 5 days and decanoate 7 days before it starts to taper. So, in reality the "most effective way to run Sustanon would be 250mg eod to utilize all the test esters in Sus. But that seems a little much to me and really unnecessary IMO. My cycle below is at 500mg ew and I'm considering going to 750. Hope this helps.
