I do incorporate squats, deads, and bench into my routine, but I do other movements as well. I try to get everything to grow evenly, keeping my waist where it is while bulking.

Ya, but unless you're a powerlifter who lifts twice a week with HITT...others can be used very effectively....predominantly if you are injured somewhere, where deads and squats could not be performed.

I hate the HIT philosophy, Mentzer's was a little cooky about his habits, did he really drink his own piss? Anyway, deads squats and chest, i dont think there would be anyone who doesnt do them, other than of course like PPP mentioned, if they had a specific injury

i start all my workouts with a power movement for low reps, then i go to the bodybuilding movements with more reps. power=size, there is no way around it. call it "powerbodybuilding".
