Has anyone expeerienced these painfull muscle cramps, almost as if they were majorly soor but u did nothing to em??? Started with both my main 4 arm muscle,, now my lower back!! Im on 30mg dbols and 50mg winny ed. for only one week. ANYBODY???????

I had a lot of cramps in the traps, calves ... i was using Hemogenin and Durateston. I don't know the correlation, but that HURTS a lot.
Thanx guys, keep peplies commin. All of my intakes r high. The jugs of water r reducing my stomach disscomfort so; what and for how long will this cramping happen?? I guess i didnt get the word P A I N tatooed on my back for nothin !! BIG-G
Enrage touched on what I think causes the muscle cramps... the lack of water, potassium or magnesium.
BIG-G I had major cramping on clen so this is what i did... I went to the food store and bought a bottle of a salt substitute called NO SALT. Shit is nasty to take in straight but real cheap if you can stomach it. You can always buy empty caps and fill em.
lower back pumps are a pain they can actually ruin a cycle.i actuallly have to keep away from dbol.
I pecks cramp BAD about 1 hour or so after workout

WELL, my 4 arm cramps r gone and after pushing thru yesterdays arm routine, supprisingly my back is in less pain now then, then! IM gonna rest for 2 days and heal up a bit, eat and sleep. BIG-G
I get cramps in my forearms and biceps at the same time. I also get cramps in my legs but im already use to that. Dont even phase me.
