I am looking for a alternative to making protein shakes and found some people using liquid protein. I wanted to see if anyone has ever tried it and if there is any advantage or disadvantage from using it instead of powder. I have been using Optimum Nutrition Amino 2222 liquid and it seems to be a good source of protein.
