    test bloat

    i am currently increasing my cardio to try and drop my bf% a little..... I am 6'2 200 and maybe 10-13% bf..... once i get the % a little lower, i would like to take fina and some test. I am trying to be cut this summer, and would like to run the test early enough that i can drop the bloat for summer. Roughly how long does it take to drop the bloat from test.. Given that my cardio is on and my diet is clean ??

    If you run prop you wont get as much bloat, you could also use anti e´s to help against the bloat.

    want to keep the cycle cheap, so probably wont bother with the ldex

    for me about 5 - 6 weeks from my last shot..i'm in the shale i want to be...with no more bloat and a solid/lean looking build...Madmax..

    what type of test did you run and at what mg/ week ?? did you use ldex? what else did you run ?

    ohhh how bad would you consider the bloat? minimal? or holy shit what happened ?

    750mg sust 1-12
    400mg deca 1-12
    50mg winny 11-15
    6 i.u hgh ed 5 on 2 off 1-20
    hcg 500 iu ed 14-15
    adex only through hcg intake at 1 pill/day
    clen post cycle
    clomid post cycle

    i start my clomid tommorow...and it's been 3 weeks...most if not all my water retention is gone..this is almost identical to the last cycle i ran and it was gone in 6 weeks...this time i didn't think it was bad..but my friends said holyshit wtf...my jaw bone is back and i'm half way there...Madmax..

    Hey bro, im with my brotha plame here. Add prop and u wont have to worry about to much bloating. Also u could try adding some ALA to ur supps to help reduce bf. Good luck!
