    Working out till failure?

I have been taking cyp and d-bol for about 3 weeks know, Im starting to feel intensity more often when i workout. The main question is how do you know when to end your workout, Or not overtrain your routines each week. Sometimes it feels like i could go for to long in the gym.

most of my workouts last about 4o min to an hour.if you have a good enough w.o. plan it should not take more than that.go to the workout forum and see what others are doing,it should give you a better idea of where your at.we could not tell you because we dont know what your program looks like or how you feel.

Working out to failure, and working out to fatigue are 2 different things. All your workouts should be to FAILURE, but not fatigue failure.

Example - If you are doing chest, all of your working sets (not your first coupla warmups) should be taken to MAX FAILURE. If you are getting more than 8-10 reps, increase the weight.

I see so many guys who just shoot for a number of reps, as in 10, then rack the weight, when they could have done 12 or 13, IF they would have went to failure.

when on d-bol you can't overtrain! Look up the d-bol profile on the home page. It tells you all about it there.
