    what works to drop bodyfat?

    i am looking to take clen , prop , equipose, or winstrol or anything else to help me lose the body fat can anyone please give me any suggestions what i should take to lose the weight....... thanks

    Have you tried cardio first ? I'm not a big fan of clen , t3 and all that stuff. It comes with too many sides "from what I've heard and read". I always hated that jittery feeling. Try the search button my friend.

    try diet and cardio...that's all you need. clen /t3/eca are just supplements to help you get where you want to go.

    do cardio at your target heart rate 3-5 times a week.

    lower your carb intake, up the protein and water.

    I personally love things like "yellow subs" or one of the other eca's
    hydroxy cut is overpriced and under dosed imo

    Run the eca during the day to keep your metabolism up and drin kwatter,water and more water.

    take one table spoon of flaxseed oil twice a day.

    deit and cardio are the two most improtant factors in your loss of bf,there is no magic pill.there are supplements the accelerate burning calories but no steroid burns fat.

    lmao you guys are too much i am on a good start and have some good things to help me now......oh yea and the lipo thing lol.....not for me i am not that big...
