:unsure: one of my workout partners just came off some cypionate and he was fine while he was on but now he has broken out pretty bad. he got some great gains from the stuff but he broke out on his neck,shoulders,and around his mouth, he has a dermatology appointment in about a month, but can anyone think of anything to help until then......if so please list.
Do a search on acne, you'll find plenty!
tell him to use a crub wash soap, and keep his hands & face clean
too many people neglect their skin. He need to be washing it 2x a day with some sort of acne soap. he needs to moisturize too. Exfoliate as well. Maybe even a mask at night. just use common sense......don't get all sweaty and not wash it off.
