    Super High Intensity Cycle (SHIC)

    have any of you guys heard of this before...?

    I read about this on WAnnabeaFreak, and found out, this cycle is a short cycle usually 4 weeks in length with loads of AS?

    can anybody shed a light on thi;s

    i think they are talking about a 4 on 4 off cruise.a cruise is a constant cycle just bridged together.most load pretty hard in that 4 weeks.

    I've heard of em, a friend of mine uses them. You're talking about the ones Blackjack designs right?
