Steroid use/Effects on Cholesterol.

Is there a good place on the forums here to read up on the use of steroids (specifically, Anavar ,) and it's effects on Cholesterol? I was asked about the topic and didn't really have an answer. While on Anavar (only, no stack), how will Cholesterol be effected? Common wisdom (which is probably not the best indicator) suggests that it will increase levels of Cholesterol in the blood, but it is a much milder agent and so I didn't know what to say.

Not sure about your question but I do know that Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) lowers cholesterol and is a great liver protector. I use it with every cycle.

most folks are not into medical practice. Some are bodybuilders, others are engineers, sport athletes, mechanics and soldiers You might need to define to them what is cholesterol? if y need their point of view from steroid usage perspective and what they heard their doc said.

Do they mostly go back to normal once off cycle?? I mean, i know cholesterol is a major issue amongst oldre adults but it would have to be pretty serious to causes someone in thier twenties a fatal problem wouldn't it?

Yes.

In my personal experience, orals have been the worst by far on lipids.

Anavar and winstrol absolutely crush my hdl and raise my LDL confirmed with bloodwork. They do recover after a moderate period of time.
