    ? about running and juicing>

I heard from a freind that it is not good to run or do cardio while juciing because your heart is a muscle and by doing cardio it will make you heart grow, is that true , and if it is , is it bad or unhealthy and can it cause heart problems?

It depends, running or not any AS will casue the walls of your heart to thicken. Within 6-7 weeks of last shot of As the walls will Decrease in thickness. I and all my friends who do AS still do cardio. Lot's of people on AS do cardio, Unless you have specific proof it is bad don't post and say, yes it's bad.

I like to tie weights to my schlong during a cycle becuse my love muscle pumps blood and I belive it grows when on AS. Do you guys ever use this technique??:--I believe there is a even bigger debate going on about this!
