should I spread my dosage out over the day,or just take it all first thing in the morning?
spread ot out over the day because the half life on it is only about 2-3 hrs. i would take 30mgs. some in morning afternoon and an hour before work out.
half life of dbol is generally regarded as 3-4 hours. space them out during the day. some like to take one at a time every 3-4 hours. i like to take two every six hours as i can't be bothered with the hassle. so i take two about 8am, two around 3pm and two at 10pm. also for your info. dbol takes about 1-3 hours to become active.
10mg in the A.M. 30 mg 1hour before your workout, the 10 mg at night.
i know why you suggest this - i've come across a few that have tried this style of dosing, i.e. taking a larger dose before a workout.Quote:

imo taking 30mg before a workout is not advisable due to the short half life of the drug. i guess you might get a boost during your workout if you dose this way. from what i've read and experienced you need to a maintain a constant and decent level in the blood to get the best out of the drug.
i'm intrigued though. what dosages do you take on non-training days and when?
Hey bro, best way to run dbol is to evenly spread out the dose during the day. That way ur keeping ur levels as even as possible.
