    nolvadex-chew or just swallow?

    hey guys, i was wondering if you chew up and swallow or just swallow nolvadex ? this is my first time using it! i chewed up dbol , anavar , and winny before when i used them. is this the same?

    U dont need to chew any of those bro. They are oral doses, that are designed to be swallowed. Yuk chewin em, no thanks

    it its a tab i chew it... makes sence though... more surfce area quicker absorbtion.. especially with the chinamans tabs... oh i dont chew clomid though ill draw the line there
