Just curious how much time people are taking the time off to let your body recover.
I think 3 months is enough even if my cycle was a 16 week cycle .....as long as I've used post therapy measures , clomid etc.
time on/time off. have not done more than a 12 weeker...
Best cycles are maximum 2X/year. The longer you wait, the fresher your receptor sites and the better gains you will get. I cycle once/year just b4 summer and the rest of the year I am on natural supplements.
Well, that seems to be the general concensus around internet boards. BUT, for sake of debate, has any actual studies been done on the subject?Quote:

If anyone knows of any, please provide the link.
I disagree the best results come from year around use. They are not necessarily the safest and I am not recommending it for most but the difference is noticeable. I don't think you will find a study since the medical value would be questionable so I think you will have to go from practicle experience.

agreed..............theres a better chance of your body accepting the new muscle mass as well, as you get your body to accept the changed set point.

i'm thinkin of time off also,
i been doing it for a long long time, 34 wks,
althrough i'm getting slow results i gain like 1 or 2lbs every 3 to 4wks, i'm happy, i just added some prop see what happens...
