    Flex tri while injecting?

    On spotinjections.com it shows people flexing while they do their tri injections- and hitting the side head. Do you guys do that or do you keep your arm relaxed and inject more towards the back?

    i have done shots both ways, flexed and relaxed. the key is whichever you choose keep the muscle that way. dont stard flexed and relax while the pin is in... same if you start relaxed dont flex.. shooting pains if you do... no fun
