    newbie

    i've been reading this board for months now. finally got around to joining. seems like alot of knowledgable bros here. hope to contribute where i can........

    stats:
    5'9
    190
    bf: ?? guessing around 12-14%
    been lifting on and off for 10 years but just got serious in the last couple of years. Got a couple cycles under my belt, nothing heavy though.
