    Winni, Clen and Test

    Hi guys,

    need some quick advice.

    24 yrs
    200 lbs
    BF 18%
    6'1
    4 yrs on and off training experience.

    I am currently on my 10th day of Winni and I am thinking of adding Clen to my stack at about 80-100 mcgs ED. I have used Clen before and it worked well, but I lost muscle.

    Does anyone have some experience with this stack or some advice?

    Diet is very clean, trying to lose weight and put on lean muscle. Eating about 6 times a day, low carb, high protein.
    Lots of HIIT to boost the fat burning.

    Sorry forgot to mention, using Test E. Im not really sure if its necessary...what do you think? test e at 250

    I think you are wasting your time with the winny since it doesnt burn fat. What does your diet look like in details please.

    I agree with G4R in you dont need the winni. Later after your BF is lower you will notice more of winni's benefits.

    As for loosing BF with the test and clen yes you should have no problems with doing that as long as your diet is in check. You did not mention what dose of test your taking by the way.

    If your diet is good and your eating properly with weight training you should not be looking muscle IMO. You should be eating 350-400 mgs of protein a day and if working out you should not be loosing any mass.
