    Cool need some help!

    i had a question, is it posible to make good gains on sustanun alon? that is all that is avalible to me at this time?and what dos would give me a little resault?

    Try 500mg a week for 10 weeks.

    You should see some decent gains.

    first cycle will be really good with just 500 mg a week sust IMO. it would be better with some deca or EQ, and you definately need clomid for post.

    I did 250 mg sust for 12 weeks first cycle and got some gains. I wish I knew about this forum back then.........I would have at least gone w/ 500mg maybe stacked w/ dbol or anadrol
