800mgs all at once?

i'm getting sick of sticking myself and was wondering if i do 800mg of eth in 1 day will my blood levels be stable for the whole week (cause its long acting) or will it be better to divide them into 2 shots a week.

which will be more stable?

2 shots a week is more stable, and 800 mgs all at once will hurt like nothing you've ever felt from AS before.

Stick with 2 a week.
