    Cramps

How should you react cramps during injection? To stop sliding the pin and hit where it is or leave it and change the injecting spot?

I've read that stretching should help before injecting and massaging the muscle, but I don't think so, however it happened to me today and doesn't feel good.

Do you mean your muscle twitches when your injecting and gets a little tight?

That's right. I thought if thats a common or I'm over reacting. When it cramps I feel better way to swich the injecting spot.

I only had that happen to me once but I am only running my first injectable cycle now and am 14 days in. I am running prop with ED injects so, I've done 14 inject so far. It happend on my Calf and my calf was tight for like 5 days after. I pinned one of my friends before because he can't do it himself.... don't ask me why and I have seen it twitch and he had no issues. I believe you just hit a nerve and its not that big of a deal. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.
