This is a suggestion I received from another member on a cutting cycle. I'd like some comments on this cycle as this is going to be my first.
My stats:
28 years old
5'7
193
about 15% bf
Cardio 6x-7x / week for 1 hour
Cycle:
Week 1-10 Eq 400mgs
Week 8-13 winny 50mgs ed
Clomid 2 days after last winny.
hydroxycut throughout
low carbs and high protein
For cutting, that may not be a fantastic cycle.Some people get serious hunger on EQ and it will be hard to contain. Maybe try this
Prop 1-4 100Mg eod
Test Cyp or ent 1-10 500Mg wk
Fina 8-14 75MG ed or 150MG EOD
Winny 10-14 50 MG ED
Thats a good cycle to cut on. Im trying one just like it w/o the prop. Also, I would do the cardio 2x a day in 30 min sessions to maintain as much LBM as possible. Do clomid 12 hours after last shot on this cycle, not 2 days. Someone else chime in here :)

I agree, I wouldn't want to use just EQ in the beginning (IMO I wouldn't even use EQ) The gear listed above is very good for cutting cycles. And 1 hour straight of cardio can get your body into the catabolic state and no one wants that.

Guys this is my first cycle ever. I want it to be a cutting cycle as I want to drop bf%.
