First Cycle Question
Hello, I am 42 yrs old and I am on my first cycle. I checked out the educational forum to find an answer to my question, but I am still a little unsure. My stats are:
42
6"
215 pounds
about 17% bodyfat
My daily diet is:
Cal= 3020
Pro= 368
Carbs= 284
Fat= 65
I did not read about front loading until I had already started my cycle. I have been running Deca 400mg and Test Cyp 500mg for 2 weeks now( taking 200mg Deca and 250mg Test every fourth day). At what point should I start seeing results and strength gains. Should I expect ridiculous gains in strength? Thank you in advance for your help/advice.

Adex is an on cycle aid, you don't have to take it bust estrogen sides will be more prevalent in higher BF users. Nolva/Clomid post like you have.

Letro is TOO effective to be used as a simple AI on cycle. Do a bit more reading and go with Adex or aromasin

At 42, 17% body fat's pretty good. At 6' and 215lbs you should be a monster by the end of your cycle. I've gained 25lbs on my first cycle and increased my bench from 250lbs to 315lbs. I'm not a dedicated lifter I lift for fitness. I do a lot of cardio like grappling and kickboxing and still the strength came. You're taking long esters so you should see gains in 4 to 6 weeks like HawaiianPride said.
